đź“ť Roles & Responsibilities
Junior Sous Chef
- Assist the Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations
- Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards
Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)
- Support CDPs in daily food preparation
- Execute dishes according to recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned station
- Assist in inventory and stock rotation
Chef de Partie (CDP)
- Lead a specific kitchen section with precision and efficiency
- Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards
- Train and guide junior staff within the section
- Monitor portion control and minimize waste
Commis Chef (COMMI)
- Assist in basic food preparation and mise en place
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Learn and grow under the guidance of senior chefs
- Support all kitchen sections as needed
Waitress / Waiter
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests
- Take orders, serve food and beverages with accuracy
- Upsell menu items and promote specials
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle feedback gracefully
Hostess
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Coordinate with the floor team to optimize guest flow
- Maintain front-of-house presentation and ambiance
