- Oversee front and back-of-house operations
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Drive revenue growth through service excellence and upselling
🧑🏫 Supervisor
Role Overview:
Support the Restaurant Manager in supervising staff and maintaining service quality throughout shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate team activities and delegate tasks
- Ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
- Monitor cleanliness and presentation standards
- Assist with staff onboarding and training
- Handle minor guest concerns and escalate when needed
💳 Cashier
Role Overview:
Be the face of the payment process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a friendly guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders and payments via POS system
- Handle cash and card transactions securely
- Maintain records and reconcile daily sales
- Assist with guest inquiries related to billing
