🍽️ Position: Waiter / Waitress
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu with confidence and enthusiasm
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and table setup
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience
🧼 Position: Busser
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare tables before service and reset them efficiently between seatings
- Support waitstaff by delivering food, clearing plates, and refilling water
- Maintain cleanliness across the dining area, including floors and service stations
- Assist with restocking supplies and polishing cutlery and glassware
- Ensure a smooth and organized flow of service during busy hours
- Respond quickly to guest needs and maintain a professional demeanor
🎀 Position: Hostess
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival
- Manage reservations and walk-ins using the venue’s booking system
- Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest satisfaction
- Communicate wait times clearly and courteously
- Maintain the reception area’s appearance and ambiance
- Act as the first point of contact, setting the tone for the guest experience
