Hostess

Floor Supervisor

• Oversee daily floor operations and team coordination
• Ensure service standards and guest satisfaction
• Support staff training and performance management
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly

Waiter / Waitress

• Take orders and serve with precision and charm
• Provide menu guidance and upsell specials
• Ensure timely service and table turnover
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless delivery

Junior Waiter

• Assist senior waitstaff with service duties
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of service areas
• Support with table setup and guest requests
• Learn and uphold Lucky Fish service protocols

Runner

• Deliver food and beverages swiftly and accurately
