☕ Position: Barista
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based and brewed coffee drinks
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and speed of service
- Engage with customers warmly and share knowledge about coffee origins and brewing methods
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, grinders, and espresso machines
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar and café area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
👩💼👨💼 Position: Outlet Supervisor
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth service and team coordination
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to uphold Boon Coffee’s standards
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock levels
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Prepare daily sales reports and support management with operational insights
🚐 Position: Fleet Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company’s delivery vehicles and logistics schedule
- Coordinate timely deliveries to outlets and clients across Dubai
- Monitor vehicle performance, maintenance schedules, and fuel usage
- Ensure drivers adhere to safety protocols and route efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of fleet operations and expenses
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to optimize delivery workflows
