👨🍳 Chef / Pastry Chef
Bring culinary artistry and precision to our kitchen and pastry counter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes and baked goods
- Innovate seasonal recipes and menu items
- Ensure consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation
- Monitor kitchen inventory and control food costs
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
☕️ Barista (Latte Art a Plus!)
Craft coffee with skill and serve it with warmth and flair.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare espresso-based drinks and specialty beverages
- Create latte art and maintain presentation standards
- Engage with guests and provide product recommendations
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and grinders
- Monitor inventory and restock barista supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station
🍽️ Waiter
Deliver attentive, friendly service and create memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and guide them through the menu
- Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently
- Upsell specials and recommend food and beverage pairings
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas
- Process bills and handle POS transactions
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
🧑💼 Assistant Manager
Support daily operations and lead the team with confidence and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front-of-house staff and daily service flow
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor inventory, supplier coordination, and ordering
- Assist with staff scheduling and training
- Uphold brand standards and service excellence
- Support the Manager in achieving operational goals
✅ General Requirements for All Roles
- Relevant prior experience in the applied role
- Passion for hospitality and customer service
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Currently residing in the UAE preferred
