We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and service-oriented Waiter or Waitress to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to deliver memorable dining experiences to our guests.

Experience Level: 1–2 years preferred

Waiter or waitress Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests with a welcoming attitude

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

  • Provide detailed information about menu items and daily specials

  • Serve orders and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area

  • Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly

  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

  • Positive attitude and team player

  • Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus

  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
