The Tile Mason is responsible for delivering high‑quality tile installation and repair work across VOGO Grand Hotel & KSK Homes Dubai. This role suits a skilled trades professional with strong craftsmanship, precision, and the ability to maintain the aesthetic and structural standards of the property.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Install tiles, marble, and stone in guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying appropriate materials
  • Cut, shape, and align tiles using hand and power tools
  • Repair damaged tiles, grout, and surfaces as needed
  • Ensure accurate measurements and high‑quality finishing
  • Mix and apply adhesives, grout, and sealants safely
  • Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
  • Follow safety procedures and coordinate with the Engineering team for project scheduling

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Tile Mason or similar finishing trade role
  • Strong knowledge of tile installation techniques, materials, and tools
  • Ability to read measurements, layouts, and basic drawings
  • Excellent attention to detail and finishing quality
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Basic English communication skills
