We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at BrewDog Dubai. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our venue, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and upholding the BrewDog brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate the front-of-house team, ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency.​

  • Guest Experience: Maintain a visible presence on the floor, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety regulations.​

  • Training & Development: Assist in onboarding and training new staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and team collaboration.​

  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of events, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.​

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within a high-volume hospitality environment.​

  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.​

  • Knowledge: Understanding of craft beer and passion for the BrewDog brand is advantageous.

  • Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.​
