DéjàVu Restaurant & Café, located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Al Manara, Dubai, is seeking an experienced and service‑oriented Shisha Attendant (Female) to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who understands shisha preparation, enjoys interacting with guests, and can deliver a high‑quality experience with consistency and professionalism. If you have strong product knowledge, a friendly personality, and a passion for hospitality, this is an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic and expanding restaurant brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, set up, and serve shisha to guests with accuracy and consistency
  • Recommend flavors and assist guests in choosing their preferred blends
  • Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and maintenance of shisha equipment
  • Monitor coal changes and ensure timely service throughout the guest’s visit
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times
  • Keep the shisha area clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service
  • Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Shisha Attendant in a café, lounge, or restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of shisha flavors, preparation techniques, and equipment
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Female candidates preferred as per job requirement
