💼 Role Overview

As Sales Executive at Meliá Dubai, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and executing sales strategies that align with the brand’s positioning and commercial goals. You’ll work closely with the Director of Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between client acquisition, event planning, and service delivery.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans targeting corporate, leisure, MICE, and group segments
  • Conduct client outreach through calls, meetings, site inspections, and networking events
  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and contracts that reflect client needs and brand standards
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term loyalty
  • Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and pricing strategies
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine sales tactics and identify growth opportunities
  • Represent Meliá Dubai at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry forums with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and pipeline activity using CRM systems

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile

We’re looking for a confident, results-driven individual who brings:

  • Proven experience in hospitality sales, preferably within luxury hotels or lifestyle venues
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach to lead generation and client engagement
  • Familiarity with Dubai’s hospitality landscape and key market segments
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team
  • Professional grooming, positive attitude, and a passion for delivering excellence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Opera, Salesforce, or similar)
