Introduction

Hey Tiger is opening soon in Dubai, and we are looking for energetic, reliable Runners to join our pre‑opening team. As a Runner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the front‑of‑house staff, ensuring that food and beverages are delivered quickly and accurately, and helping maintain the lively atmosphere that defines Hey Tiger.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Order Delivery — Transport food and drinks from the kitchen and bar to tables promptly and accurately.
• Table Clearing — Clear plates, glassware, and cutlery efficiently; reset tables for new guests.
• Service Support — Assist waiters and bartenders during peak service periods.
• Restocking — Refill service stations with cutlery, napkins, condiments, and other essentials.
• Guest Interaction — Provide basic assistance to guests when needed, ensuring a smooth dining experience.
• Team Collaboration — Work closely with supervisors, waiters, and hostesses to maintain service flow.
• Cleanliness — Keep service areas tidy and organized throughout shifts.

Requirements

• Experience — Previous hospitality or service experience preferred but not essential.
• Skills — Fast, attentive, physically fit, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
• Attributes — Reliable, team‑oriented, eager to learn, and committed to supporting the guest experience.
• Availability — Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Language — Basic English proficiency required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Legal — Must be based in Dubai with the right to work in the UAE.
