Gates Hospitality is expanding our team in Abu Dhabi, and we are looking for energetic, hardworking, and service‑oriented Runners to support our Front of House operations. As an essential link between the kitchen and the dining floor, the Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth service flow, timely delivery of dishes, and an exceptional guest experience.

We are seeking individuals who thrive in fast‑paced environments, enjoy working as part of a team, and take pride in maintaining high standards of service. The ideal candidate is quick on their feet, attentive to detail, and committed to supporting both the FOH and BOH teams to deliver seamless, efficient, and memorable dining experiences. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests promptly
  • Ensure dishes are presented correctly and delivered to the right tables
  • Clear tables efficiently and maintain cleanliness of service stations
  • Support waitstaff during busy service periods
  • Assist with setting up and resetting tables
  • Maintain smooth communication between FOH and BOH teams
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Strong work ethic and ability to move quickly and efficiently
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Passion for hospitality and guest service
