Restaurant Supervisor – Dubai & Middle East Branches

We are seeking motivated, service‑driven Restaurant Supervisors to support daily operations across our Dubai and Middle East branches. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who lead by example, thrive in guest‑facing environments, and are committed to maintaining high service standards. The Restaurant Supervisor will assist the management team in overseeing service flow, supporting staff performance, and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.


Duties & Responsibilities

Operational Support

  • Assist in supervising daily FOH operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness.
  • Support the implementation of SOPs, checklists, and brand guidelines.
  • Monitor table turnover, service speed, and guest flow during peak hours.

Team Leadership

  • Guide, motivate, and support service staff to deliver consistent hospitality.
  • Conduct on‑shift training, briefings, and coaching to reinforce standards.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and task delegation.
  • Promote a positive, respectful, and team‑oriented work environment.

Guest Experience

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure their needs are met throughout their visit.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and minor complaints professionally.
  • Support VIP service, special requests, and table management.
  • Build rapport with regular guests and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

Operational & Financial Awareness

  • Assist with inventory checks, stock control, and requisitions.
  • Monitor wastage, breakage, and adherence to cost‑control procedures.
  • Support promotional activities, upselling initiatives, and brand activations.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to hygiene, food safety, and health regulations.
  • Conduct routine inspections of FOH areas to maintain operational standards.
  • Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or senior service role within a reputable F&B brand.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage busy service periods with confidence and composure.
  • Excellent guest‑service mindset and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Experience in the Middle East preferred; Dubai experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
