Restaurant Manager – Dubai & Middle East Branches
We are hiring experienced, energetic, and service‑driven Restaurant Managers to join our expanding operations across Dubai and the Middle East. This role is ideal for leaders who thrive in dynamic environments, excel at team development, and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee daily operations, uphold brand standards, drive financial performance, and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable impression.
Duties & Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless, efficient, and profitable service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service delivery, hygiene, and safety.
- Implement and monitor SOPs, operational checklists, and brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to meet financial targets.
Team Management
- Lead, train, and motivate FOH teams to deliver consistent service excellence.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and ongoing development plans.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and compliance with labor regulations.
- Build a positive, collaborative, and high‑performance team culture.
Guest Experience
- Ensure every guest receives warm, attentive, and personalized service.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
- Build strong relationships with regular guests and local communities.
Financial & Business Performance
- Monitor P&L, revenue targets, and operational KPIs.
- Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to increase footfall and average check.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activations.
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits on cleanliness, maintenance, and operational readiness.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a reputable F&B brand.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people‑management skills.
- Proven ability to manage high‑volume operations and deliver consistent results.
- Solid understanding of P&L, budgeting, and operational KPIs.
- Excellent guest‑service mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Middle East experience preferred; Dubai experience is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
