Job Summary

Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf is looking for a dynamic, well‑presented, and guest‑focused Pool Bar & Restaurant Waiter/Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service across both the poolside and restaurant areas, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless, memorable dining experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Serve guests at the pool bar, restaurant, and outdoor seating areas
  • Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of tables, service stations, and poolside areas
  • Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle guest requests, concerns, and special dietary needs
  • Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing when required
  • Support F&B operations during busy periods and special events

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a hotel or restaurant setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer‑focused attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work outdoors and handle fast‑paced service
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • Basic English communication; additional languages are an advantage
  • Professional grooming and presentation
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
