Outlet Manager - F&B ServiceJob Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Outlet Manager to lead one of our signature dining venues at Crowne Plaza Dubai Deira. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong service ethic, an eye for detail, and the ability to drive both guest satisfaction and team performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall operations of the outlet, ensuring exceptional guest service at every touchpoint

  • Train, motivate, and manage the F&B service team to achieve operational excellence

  • Drive revenue through effective upselling, promotions, and guest engagement initiatives

  • Monitor inventory, ordering, cost control, and ensure budget compliance

  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards (HACCP)

  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu execution and service coordination

  • Generate reports on performance, sales, and team KPIs for senior management

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience as an Outlet Manager or similar leadership role in F&B

  • Background in 4–5-star hotels or upscale restaurants is strongly preferred

  • Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills

  • High level of attention to detail and passion for service excellence

  • Strong knowledge of restaurant systems (POS, reservations, inventory)

  • Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)

  • Flexible with working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
