🔹 Job Summary:
Gloria Hotels is seeking a courteous and efficient Food & Beverage Order Taker to join our in-room dining and restaurant service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking accurate guest orders over the phone, ensuring timely coordination with service and kitchen teams, and delivering a seamless dining experience.

🛎️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer internal F&B calls promptly, professionally, and with a courteous tone.

  • Take and input food and beverage orders accurately into the POS system.

  • Confirm special requests, dietary restrictions, and order details with guests.

  • Coordinate closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery.

  • Provide guests with menu information and recommendations as needed.

  • Follow up on guest satisfaction and handle any complaints or adjustments.

  • Ensure all orders are logged and bills are processed accurately.

  • Maintain a clean and organized order-taking area.

✅ Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service mindset.

  • Basic knowledge of food and beverages.

  • Proficiency in POS and hotel systems.

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

  • Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
