The Tower Plaza Hotel is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Laundry Attendant to join our dedicated housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will ensure all linens, uniforms, and guest laundry are cleaned, pressed, and delivered to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate washing machines, dryers, and pressing equipment safely and efficiently
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron hotel linens, towels, and staff uniforms
• Inspect all laundry items for stains, damage, or wear and report issues to the supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry room at all times
• Handle guest laundry requests promptly and professionally
• Monitor chemical levels and report supply needs to the housekeeping supervisor
• Follow all hotel hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Assist the housekeeping team with additional tasks when required

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Laundry Attendant or similar role in hospitality is preferred
• Ability to operate commercial laundry equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Physically fit and able to stand, bend, lift, and move laundry loads throughout the shift
• Good time‑management skills and ability to work independently
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude and a team‑oriented mindset
