Position: Waiter / Waitress

We are looking for enthusiastic Waiters and Waitresses to join our team. If you are a proactive, professional, and service-oriented individual with a passion for hospitality, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience from start to finish.

• Order Taking: Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely manner.

• Serving: Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently and according to ME by Meliá Dubai’s standards.

• Menu Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about the restaurant’s menu, including specials, ingredients, and potential allergens, in order to provide informed recommendations to guests.

• Upselling: Promote and upsell menu items, including daily specials and beverages, enhancing the guest experience and increasing sales.

• Guest Interaction: Engage with guests, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or requests in a friendly, professional manner.

• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure that the dining area is clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times. Assist with setting and clearing tables as needed.

• Teamwork: Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring smooth communication and efficient service.

• Compliance with Safety and Hygiene Standards: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation procedures.

Requirements:
