Job Description:
As a Runner at Ape Hospitality, you will play an essential role in ensuring that food and beverages are delivered to guests quickly and efficiently. You will assist the waitstaff and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service and contribute to a seamless dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area quickly and accurately.
  • Assist the waitstaff in preparing orders and ensuring that they are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all guest requests are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Clear empty plates and utensils from tables, reset them for new guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
  • Help with the organization and cleanliness of the restaurant, ensuring the dining area is always presentable.
  • Assist in setting up the dining area for service and closing down after service.
  • Support the team in any other tasks necessary for smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Runner or in a similar role is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Friendly, energetic, and professional attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy setting.
  • Flexible working hours, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
