Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to support our HR department’s daily operations. The ideal candidate will handle various HR administrative duties, including recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and preparing new hire documentation.

Onboarding: Conduct orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring they are well-informed about company policies, benefits, and their roles.

Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations. Serve as a liaison between employees and benefits providers to address inquiries and resolve issues.

Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records in both digital and physical formats. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies regarding record-keeping.

Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timesheets, attendance records, and other necessary documentation.

Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company’s HR practices comply with all applicable laws. Assist in preparing reports for regulatory agencies as needed.

Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Address concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

Training Coordination: Organize training sessions and seminars, including scheduling, logistics, and record-keeping.
Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience in an HR administrative role, preferably within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.

Skills: Strong understanding of HR functions, excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Personal Attributes: High level of integrity and confidentiality, attention to detail, proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
