Job Opportunity: Hostess – BB Social Dining, DIFC

BB Social Dining, the award‑winning homegrown concept located in DIFC Gate Village 8, is looking for an experienced and guest‑focused Hostess to join our front‑of‑house team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a vibrant, high‑energy dining environment and enjoys creating warm, memorable first impressions for every guest. As the face of the venue, the Hostess plays a key role in shaping the guest experience from the moment they arrive.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
• Manage reservations, walk‑ins, and seating flow to ensure smooth operations
• Coordinate with the floor team to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction
• Maintain an organized and efficient host stand, reservation system, and guest list
• Assist with answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and providing accurate information
• Escort guests to their tables and communicate any special requests to the service team
• Support the FOH team during peak hours to maintain service excellence
• Uphold BB Social Dining’s service standards, brand values, and guest‑experience expectations

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hostess in a premium or high‑volume dining venue
• Strong communication skills and a polished, guest‑oriented demeanor
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast‑paced environment
• Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude
• Candidates must hold their own visa or freelance visa
• Visit visa and company‑sponsored employment visa candidates will not be considered
• Immediate availability is preferred
