Join BrewDog Dubai as a Hostess and be the welcoming face of our venue. You’ll manage arrivals, reservations, and the guest flow to ensure every visit starts with a warm, efficient welcome in a lively craft-beer environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously; manage table allocations to optimise service flow.
  • Manage reservations and waitlists using the venue’s booking system; confirm and update bookings.
  • Guest communication: Answer phone and in-person enquiries, provide wait-time estimates, and handle basic guest requests.
  • Coordination: Liaise with servers and bar staff to ensure smooth handovers and timely seating.
  • Front-of-house upkeep: Maintain a tidy reception area, manage menus and promotional materials.
  • Problem resolution: Handle minor guest issues and escalate service concerns to the Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous hostess, host, or customer-facing experience preferred but not essential.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, friendly demeanour, strong organisational ability, and basic computer literacy.
  • Availability: Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Eligibility: Right to work in the UAE.
  • Personal qualities: Professional presentation, calm under pressure, and a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
