DéjàVu Restaurant & Café, located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Al Manara, Dubai, is seeking a warm, confident, and customer‑focused Hostess to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and a passion for hospitality, this role offers a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic and expanding restaurant brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude
  • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waiting lists
  • Escort guests to their tables and present menus
  • Maintain smooth guest flow during peak hours
  • Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or bookings
  • Coordinate with service staff to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer‑facing hospitality role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Strong organizational and guest‑handling skills
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Friendly, confident, and service‑oriented personality
