Louzan Fashion Hospitality is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Hostess plays a crucial role in ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Manage guest reservations and ensure efficient seating arrangements.
  • Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus.
  • Monitor the flow of guests and manage waiting lists to minimize wait times.
  • Maintain an organized and clean front-of-house area, including the reception and waiting area.
  • Answer phone calls, take reservations, and assist with guest inquiries.
  • Coordinate with the restaurant management and service team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Address guest concerns or special requests and ensure they are satisfied.
  • Assist in managing customer feedback and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Collaborate with waitstaff to ensure guest seating and service are handled efficiently.
  • Maintain knowledge of the restaurant menu and daily specials to provide accurate information to guests.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality environment, is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, welcoming, and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
