We are seeking a friendly and organized Hostess to join our team at BrewDog Dubai. This role is integral to delivering exceptional guest experiences by managing reservations, greeting guests, and coordinating seating arrangements.​

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Reception: Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.​

  • Seating Arrangements: Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and announce the server’s name.

  • Reservation Management: Handle reservations and manage the waitlist, providing accurate wait times to guests.

  • Communication: Coordinate with kitchen and waitstaff regarding table availability and guest needs.

  • Guest Assistance: Assist guests with special requests or needs, such as high chairs or menu questions.​

  • Dining Area Maintenance: Help maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and resetting tables.

  • Customer Service: Address guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.​

  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.​

  • Organization: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.​

  • Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.​

  • Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.​
