As the Head Barista, you will oversee the entire coffee bar operation and be responsible for ensuring consistent quality, efficiency, and creativity across all beverage offerings. You will lead a team of baristas, maintaining a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and genuine hospitality. Your role will include training staff in advanced brewing techniques, managing inventory and stock levels, and working closely with the kitchen and management team to introduce seasonal drinks and coffee pairings that align with our brand vision.

We’re looking for someone who has a deep appreciation for specialty coffee — from bean selection to latte art — and who is eager to share that passion with both guests and team members. You must be confident in engaging with customers, answering questions about our beans and brews, and providing a warm, welcoming environment that enhances the overall guest experience.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Lead daily barista operations and ensure quality control of all drinks

• Train and mentor baristas in brewing, presentation, and customer interaction

• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and coffee equipment maintenance

• Collaborate with the culinary team to design seasonal beverage menus

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient coffee station

• Uphold health and safety standards at all times

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a senior or head barista in a high-end café

• Deep knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Strong attention to detail and a flair for presentation (latte art a must)

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Fluency in English (other languages a plus)
