Job Description:

Louzan Fashion Hospitality is seeking a talented and experienced Head Barista to lead our coffee and beverage team. As a Head Barista, you will be responsible for creating high-quality coffee and beverages, managing the barista team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of baristas, ensuring excellent performance and adherence to company standards.
• Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and attention to detail.
• Ensure all coffee and beverage products are consistently high quality and meet company standards.
• Train and mentor new baristas, ensuring they follow proper techniques, safety standards, and customer service practices.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment, including coffee machines, counters, and workstations.
• Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
• Monitor inventory levels for coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies, placing orders as needed.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of coffee blends, brewing methods, and equipment to educate staff and customers.
• Ensure that all drinks are prepared efficiently and delivered on time.
• Monitor and manage the daily operations of the coffee bar, including opening and closing procedures.
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Barista, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive knowledge of coffee, espresso machines, brewing methods, and drink preparation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to train and mentor new team members effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in coffee preparation is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
