🔹 Job Summary:
Gloria Hotels is looking for a well-presented and personable F&B Hostess to be the face of our restaurant and dining venues. As a key point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for greeting and seating patrons, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming guest experience.

🛎️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with a smile and professionalism.

  • Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table assignments using a reservation system or manual logs.

  • Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and promotions to answer guest inquiries.

  • Coordinate with waitstaff to ensure timely and efficient service flow.

  • Handle guest feedback and resolve minor complaints promptly and courteously.

  • Ensure the reception and entrance areas are tidy, presentable, and welcoming at all times.

  • Communicate with the kitchen and F&B management about special requests or VIP guests.

✅ Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hostess or front-of-house role in a hotel or fine dining restaurant.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Presentable, friendly, and well-groomed appearance.

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

  • Comfortable with digital reservation systems or guest management software.

  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
