Floor Supervisor — No One’s (AP&CO)

We’re hiring a Floor Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations, maintain service standards, and support a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment. This role suits a hands-on leader who can coach a small team, solve problems on the fly, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily floor operations during assigned shifts; open and close duties as required.
  • Coach and supervise servers, hosts, and runners to deliver consistent service.
  • Manage guest experience: greet guests, handle seating, resolve complaints, and ensure smooth service flow.
  • Coordinate with kitchen to manage timing, special requests, and order accuracy.
  • Monitor standards for cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
  • Train new hires on service procedures, POS use, and brand standards.
  • Support inventory and stock checks for front-of-house supplies.
  • Report to management on shift performance, incidents, and staffing needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory or senior server role in a fast-casual or casual-dining environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage busy shifts and resolve guest issues calmly.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling.
  • Valid UAE work authorization.
  • Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Immediate joiners only.
