🔹 Job Summary:
Gloria Hotels is currently hiring a vigilant and professional Female Security Officer to join our safety and security team. The role involves ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and property while providing a calm, respectful, and reassuring presence throughout the hotel premises.

🛎️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol and monitor assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and hotel property.

  • Respond swiftly to incidents and emergencies, including fire alarms, thefts, or medical situations.

  • Control access to restricted areas and enforce hotel security protocols.

  • Assist with investigations and prepare accurate incident reports when required.

  • Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and alarm systems as necessary.

  • Greet and assist female guests in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Ensure compliance with local security and safety regulations.

  • Cooperate with other departments to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

✅ Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a security role, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.

  • SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) certification is mandatory.

  • Physically fit and able to stand/walk for long periods.

  • Strong observational and problem-solving skills.

  • Professional demeanor and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic or other language skills are an advantage.

  • Female candidates only, as per hotel operational needs and guest comfort.
