Cashier – Join the G.O.A.T Front-of-House Team in Dubai!

G.O.A.T is expanding its operations, and we’re looking for a Cashier who can bring accuracy, energy, and exceptional guest service to our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping operations smooth and organized. As the first and last point of contact for many guests, you play a key role in shaping their overall experience — from warm greetings to efficient checkouts.

As a Cashier, you’ll work closely with the service and barista teams to ensure seamless order flow, accurate billing, and a welcoming atmosphere. You’ll handle transactions, manage the POS system, and support the team during peak hours. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and process orders accurately through the POS system.
  • Handle cash, card, and digital payments with precision.
  • Issue receipts, manage order numbers, and coordinate with service staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter.
  • Assist with packaging takeaway orders when needed.
  • Answer basic guest inquiries about menu items and promotions.
  • Follow cash-handling procedures and daily reconciliation guidelines.
  • Support the team during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Previous cashier or customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
  • Presentable, punctual, and reliable.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
