Bartender – Dubai & Middle East Branches

We are looking for talented, energetic, and guest‑focused Bartenders to join our expanding team across Dubai and the Middle East. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about mixology, skilled in crafting high‑quality beverages, and committed to delivering warm, engaging service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing signature drinks, maintaining bar operations, and creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Duties & Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation & Mixology

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, specialty beverages, and classic drinks according to brand recipes and standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and beverage quality.
• Operate bar equipment safely and efficiently, including shakers, blenders, and espresso machines.
• Develop product knowledge of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and bar ingredients.

Guest Interaction

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive bar service.
• Offer recommendations based on guest preferences and explain drink profiles.
• Handle guest feedback and minor complaints with professionalism and care.
• Create a welcoming, engaging atmosphere at the bar.

Bar Operations

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area at all times.
• Ensure bar stations are fully stocked with ingredients, glassware, and supplies.
• Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Assist with inventory checks, stock rotation, and requisitions.

Sales & Upselling

• Promote signature drinks, seasonal specials, and premium selections.
• Upsell beverages and pairings to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
• Process payments accurately and follow cash‑handling procedures.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Servers, Barbacks, and FOH teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and team initiatives.
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team‑oriented work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Bartender in a reputable bar, restaurant, or hospitality brand.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage preparation, and bar operations.
• Excellent communication and guest‑service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, creativity, and passion for hospitality.
• Middle East experience preferred; Dubai experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
