Barista – Dubai & Middle East Branches

We are looking for passionate, energetic, and guest‑focused Baristas to join our expanding team across Dubai and the Middle East. This role is perfect for individuals who love crafting exceptional beverages, engaging with guests, and bringing warmth and personality to every interaction. As a Barista, you will prepare high‑quality coffee and specialty drinks, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and contribute to a welcoming, memorable café experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation

• Prepare and serve high‑quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to brand recipes and standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and beverage quality.

Guest Service

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
• Offer recommendations, explain menu items, and assist with special requests.
• Handle guest feedback and minor complaints with professionalism and care.

Operational Excellence

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, equipment, and service areas.
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and replenishment of supplies.
• Support smooth café operations during peak hours.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the FOH team to ensure efficient service flow.
• Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and team initiatives.
• Uphold a positive, respectful, and cooperative work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Barista in a café, specialty coffee shop, or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso techniques, and beverage presentation.
• Excellent communication and guest‑service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and passion for hospitality.
• Middle East experience preferred; Dubai experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
