We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team and help us deliver exceptional coffee experiences in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role goes beyond just making great coffee — it’s about creating warm, welcoming moments for every guest, every day.

As a Barista, you’ll be the face of our beverage service. You’ll craft high-quality coffee and drinks, provide outstanding service, and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture. Whether you’re dialing in espresso or recommending a drink to a guest, your goal is always the same: consistency, care, and connection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages to the highest standard

  • Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste in every drink

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and customer-facing areas

  • Manage daily stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies

  • Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide product recommendations as needed

  • Support other team members during busy periods and contribute to smooth overall operations

  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health standards

  • Take ownership of equipment upkeep and report any issues to management

  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing barista training to continuously improve skills

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a barista in a high-volume café, restaurant, or hotel (minimum 2 years preferred)

  • In-depth knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, equipment, and milk texturing

  • Ability to dial in espresso and calibrate grinders for consistent output

  • Passion for coffee culture and customer service excellence

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging personality

  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills

  • Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

  • Familiarity with POS systems and order-taking procedures
