BaristaJob Description:

Louzan Fashion Hospitality is looking for passionate and skilled Baristas to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while providing exceptional customer service. If you have a love for coffee, enjoy creating beautiful drinks, and are committed to providing a memorable experience for our guests, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages.
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of coffee and drinks according to company standards.
  • Take customer orders accurately, offering recommendations when needed, and addressing special requests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized coffee station, including equipment, countertops, and service areas.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of coffee machines and equipment to provide a top-quality product.
  • Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Assist with inventory management, including tracking supplies like coffee beans, milk, and syrups.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
  • Work efficiently and manage time well to ensure fast service during peak hours.
  • Support and assist other team members in ensuring smooth operations throughout the shift.
  • Stay up-to-date with coffee trends and drink recipes to continue offering innovative options.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • A genuine passion for coffee and the art of brewing.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and various coffee drink recipes is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Positive attitude with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the team and provide support when needed.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
