Job Summary

Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf is seeking a friendly, well‑presented, and service‑driven All‑Day Dining Waiter/Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner operations, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and memorable dining experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables
  • Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and ensure timely service
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of tables, buffet areas, and service stations
  • Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and presentation
  • Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle guest requests, concerns, and special dietary needs professionally
  • Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing when required
  • Support the F&B team during peak hours and special events

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in an all‑day dining or hotel restaurant setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer‑focused attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • Basic English communication; additional languages are an advantage
  • Professional grooming and presentation
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
