As Assistant General Manager, you will play a critical role in launching and overseeing day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring seamless service, high-quality guest experiences, and team excellence. Working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for executing operational strategies, leading staff, and upholding Sunset Hospitality’s premium standards.

We are now looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to be part of our pre-opening team.
Key Responsibilities

Support the General Manager in all pre-opening and post-opening activities

Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members

Ensure readiness of venue and teams for opening day and beyond

Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service

Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to feedback, and drive service excellence
-
Collaborate with culinary and bar teams to ensure quality and consistency
-
Manage inventory, vendor coordination, and supply logistics
-
Implement and maintain SOPs and brand guidelines
-
Lead, inspire, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals

Manage financial targets, cost controls, and revenue optimization
Job Requirements
-
Proven experience (5+ years) in a managerial role within high-end F&B or hospitality venues
-
Pre-opening experience is highly preferred
-
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
-
Hands-on, energetic, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
-
Knowledge of international service standards and hospitality operations
-
Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and team scheduling
-
Fluent in English; knowledge of Montenegrin or another European language is a plus
-
Willingness to relocate and work flexible hours as required
